The Resolution Warm-up

We are now near the time where most weight is gained & the most promises are made(a.k.a new years resolution). The sad part of it all is that by the 3rdweek of Jan., that promise we made to our self is scheduled for next years appointment. Now if this is/was you then dont get discouraged, just regain your focus. I have come to understand that through the everday hustle and bustle of just living life, spending hours in the gym can really be a issue for you.
Well I encourage you all to be more self-motivated on getting back to that size and shape you had & always wanted. It takes the right mind set to accomplish these goals, so here are some tips to help jump start that New Years Resolution Goal we can never reach!

Tip 1: Start in december
So many people want to start Jan. 1
(the day after the most parties & celebration have occurred)
which is cool but taking into consideration the
amount of things that happen around this holiday...
then it makes it a bit harder to reach your goal.
Instead, start in Dec. with small routines to get your
mind & body ready for the big change that is to come.

Tip 2: Plan your Escape
So many people have the right idea by wanting to change
something in there life for a new year, whether it be the
things you do to the way your body looks.The thing is we
often dont have the slightest idea on how to accomplish such.
Instead, write down what goals you have for your self & even
take pictures to keep record of where you have come from to
where you are going. The best way to accomplish a goal is to
have it as a constant reminder everyday you wake up.(almost
like a check list) this way your mind will find new ways to reach
that destiny of your.

Tip 3: Consistency is the Key
Finally my last tip. CONSISTENCY. Something so easily said
but so had to execute. The key to anything you do in life is
Consistency. So the same rules apply to a New Years Resolution.
I can't stress enough at times with people, clients, and whoever
crosses my path to just keep going. Regardless of the weather,
time, situation, or whatever. Take it upon yourself to keep the
ball rolling in your court because in the long run, you will see the
harvest from your seeds that you soy.
